Lauren Powell

Lauren grew up in Duxbury, graduated DHS class of '05. She is currently a music major in her junior year at Bridgewater State College. Here she is pictured with her lab, Sandy. She also has interest & experience in horsecare.
She does the night time visits, letting the doggies out for their last pee break of the night, starting at 9pm.

She has been working for PPS since the summer of 07 & does a fabulous job!

April 21, 2008 - Poor Sandy passed away suddenly after complications of kidney stones. Lauren & her family, the Nudds of Duxbury (creators of Draco) are shocked & devastated by the loss. Our thoughts & prayers are with them.

Lauren's references:

Lauren sat for our dog Sully, a rambunctious 2 year-old lab mix, on two occasions.  During our wedding weekend, July 26th through the 29th of this year and again August 25th of this year (2007), she provided overnight stays and daily walks.

Lauren is very responsible and trustworthy.  Her professionalism was very apparent at our initial meeting.  She was very concerned with obtaining all of the information necessary to take care of Sully (including food, habits, walking instructions, and medical information for emergency).  The house was always in the shape we left it or better.  We found Sully to be very happy and healthy when we returned.  Lauren gave us her phone number so we could always contact her if necessary. She also left us a wonderful little note telling us how Sully was during her visits.

We were thrilled with Lauren’s care and professionalism and would recommend her to anyone. We have never felt more comfortable leaving someone to care for our dog and in our home.  It is quite obvious that Lauren loves animals and takes her responsibilities seriously!
