Dog Agility Registration for Professional Pet Services and Doggie Fun & Fitness

Complete the form below to register for the next class. Classes are limited in size to maintain proper order. It is expected that your dog be social with people and dogs and obey some basic commands. This is not the place to work on social issues and if your dog proves disruptive, your fee will be applied toward a training program. There will be no refunds. We have an indoor/outdoor facility, so classes are held rain or shine

6 classes for $175. Classes are 1 1/2 hours long and include 15 mins of free time at the beginning an end of class, in which you may let your dog play with others or practice with the other obsticles.

Please bring a copy of your dog's vaccinations, including proof of recent healthy stool sample. All dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations, including kennel cough.

Payment confirms your spot in class, so pay when you are ready to sign up. Check or Mastercard/Visa is accepted. or 10% off for cash.
