Grooming Policies of PROFESSIONAL PET SERVICES
- OWNER agrees to pay for all grooming services requested by PROFESSIONAL PET SERVICES.
- Payment is due the day services are performed or if you have an account with PROFESSIONAL PET SERVICES, you may put the service fee on your account.
- We accept cash, personal check payable to Professional Pet Services, Visa or Master Card.
- Gratuities must be cash.
- While we will exercise all necessary precautions during the grooming process, OWNER is aware that if dog is matted, it may be necessary to shave or dematt dog and that these procedures may have an unpleasant consequences such as clipper burn, brush burn, or nicks and cuts. We will use all precautions during these procedures but will not be held responsible for the aforementioned side effects. We will not do these things without calling OWNER first.
- OWNER is aware that if the dog is found to have fleas, that the dog must be immediately picked up. OWNER will be advised to treat with a flea preventative, bomb their house and bedding and return after at least 24 hours so we may remove the dead fleas and start over.
- We will not groom any sick dogs. Dogs that are not feeling well should wait until they are in good health to come back. We will call you to come get your dog if your dog has been dropped off sick.
- All dogs must be brought into salon on leash, and taken out on leash. There are to be NO loose dogs in the parking lot. You are also asked to kindly toilet your dog before coming inside.
- All dogs must bring their rabies certificate in on the first visit.
- OWNER agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behaviors of said pet while it is in the care of PROFESSIONAL PET SERVICES. Any bite history must be disclosed up front and OWNER will be liable for any injury caused to groomer by their dog.
- ALL prices are subject to change based on the dog's temperament and/or coat condition.
- We kindly request 24 hours notice for any cancellations or may be subject to 50% cancellation fee.
